What We Offer
-
Raleigh Psychology is excited to be able to offer educational and professional development opportunities designed to support mental health professionals in maintaining and enhancing their knowledge, skills, and clinical competence.
These programs are intended for licensed and pre-licensed mental health professionals, including psychologists, counselors, social workers, marriage and family therapists, psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and other behavioral health providers.

Registration and Program Fees
Participants must complete registration for all Continuing Education (CE) programs prior to attendance. Registration will remain open until 24 hours before the scheduled start of the program or until program capacity has been reached, whichever occurs first.
All program fees are due no later than the start of the program. Participants who have not submitted payment by the program start time may be denied access to the program and will not be eligible to receive continuing education credit, course materials, or certificates of completion until all fees have been paid in full.
Participant Cancellation and Refund Policy
Participants who are unable to attend a registered program may request cancellation and a refund by submitting a written request via email or the Contact Form at the bottom of this page.
A full refund will be issued for any cancellation request received at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start of the program.
Cancellation requests received less than 24 hours before the scheduled start of the program, or after the program has begun, may be considered for a partial refund based on the circumstances surrounding the request and at the discretion of Raleigh Psychology. Partial refunds are not guaranteed. Failure to attend a program without providing notice ("no-show" status) does not automatically qualify a participant for a refund.
Provider Cancellation Policy
Raleigh Psychology reserves the right to cancel, postpone, reschedule, or modify a program due to insufficient enrollment, instructor illness, emergencies, technical difficulties, or other circumstances beyond Raleigh Psychology's reasonable control.
If a program is canceled by Raleigh Psychology, all registered participants will receive a full refund of any fees paid for the affected program. Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment whenever possible.
Raleigh Psychology is not responsible for any additional costs incurred by participants, including but not limited to travel expenses, lodging expenses, lost wages, or other incidental costs associated with attendance.
Attendance, Course Materials, and Certificates
Course materials, continuing education certificates, and any other program documentation will only be provided to participants who:
Have completed registration for the program;
Have paid all applicable program fees in full;
Have met all attendance requirements established for the program; and
Have completed any additional requirements necessary for earning continuing education credit, including but not limited to evaluations, assessments, or required participation activities.
Participants who do not meet all registration, payment, attendance, and completion requirements may attend only at the discretion of Raleigh Psychology and may not receive course materials, continuing education credit, or certificates of completion.
-
Raleigh Psychology is committed to communicating with program registrants in a timely, clear, and efficient manner to ensure participants receive all information and materials necessary for successful program participation and the awarding of continuing education (CE) credit.
Participants will receive communications regarding important program details, including but not limited to attendance procedures, virtual and in-person participation instructions, program schedules, evaluation requirements, certificate distribution, and other relevant administrative information.
All registered participants will be contacted via email approximately one week prior to the start of the program. This communication will include program logistics, attendance instructions, and any materials needed for participation. Additionally, all participants will be added to a Google Calendar invitation containing the program date, time, and location information. For virtual attendees, the calendar invitation will include the access link and instructions required to join the program.
Following the program, participants will receive information regarding completion requirements, submission of program evaluations, and procedures for obtaining continuing education certificates. Raleigh Psychology will make reasonable efforts to respond promptly to participant inquiries and provide ongoing support throughout the registration, attendance, and CE credit fulfillment process.

Confidentiality of Participant Information Policy
Raleigh Psychology is committed to protecting the confidentiality and security of all participant information related to its Continued Education (CE) Programs. Raleigh Psychology will maintain strict confidentiality regarding the identity of CE program participants and any information or materials submitted by participants. Participant information collected during registration—including, but not limited to, name, address, social security number, telephone number, email address, and financial information—will be securely stored and accessed only by authorized personnel. Raleigh Psychology will not disclose participant information to third parties without the participant’s explicit written consent, except as required by law or accrediting bodies.
For home study programs that include recorded webinars or in-person training, Raleigh Psychology will ensure that participants are not identifiable by name, image, or any other means in distributed materials unless explicit written consent has been obtained from each participant. Electronic and physical records containing participant information will be safeguarded using appropriate security measures, including password protection, secure storage, and regular review of access privileges. All staff and contractors involved in CE programs will be trained on confidentiality requirements and will be required to adhere to this policy. This policy will be reviewed annually and updated as necessary to ensure ongoing compliance with applicable privacy regulations and best practices.

Raleigh Psychology does not guarantee a particular outcome; however, all complaints will be considered seriously, and necessary actions will be taken to address and resolve legitimate concerns.
