Olivia Bunce, LMFT
Reaching out for support can be both courageous and vulnerable, and you deserve a space where you feel safe to do both. As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I work with adolescents, adults, couples, and families. I have experience working with clients to address symptoms of ADHD, autism, anxiety, depression, life transitions and relationship issues. I utilize systemic, evidence-based theories and practices to meet my clients where they are and help them move toward where they want to go. Simply put, I view people within the context of their relationships and use interventions that have been shown to be effective.
As a therapist, I have been described as gentle and wise while also being challenging and direct. I enjoy the opportunity to walk alongside people through different seasons of life. Those seasons may be enjoyable, difficult, confusing, mundane, or a mixture of each. I believe life can be good, but it can also be difficult. None of us gets through it without picking up some wounds along the way.
With each client, I hope to develop a therapeutic relationship characterized by authenticity, safety, and comfort. I aim to challenge you when necessary while partnering with you to reach your goals. Additionally, I offer biblically integrated therapy upon request. I look forward to meeting you and supporting you as you continue your journey toward emotional health.
