ADHD Coach
You don’t have to hit rock bottom to want something to change. Therapy is a collaborative space where we identify patterns, try new strategies, and help life feel more manageable—at your pace.
Life can feel exhausting when the same struggles keep showing up, especially when you’ve already tried to make things better. I work primarily with adults and adolescents who are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected and want to feel more like themselves again. Many people come in simply because they want support, clarity, or a better way forward. Therapy works best when it feels like a true partnership—one where you’re understood, supported, and not expected to have it all figured out before you begin.
My approach is collaborative and tailored to your specific challenges or goals. I stay engaged in the work with you, helping you make sense of patterns as they show up and supporting you in trying new ways forward. We’ll move at a pace that respects where you are, while still keeping a clear sense of direction. I draw from CBT, Emotionally Focused Therapy, ACT, DBT, Family Systems, and Solution-Focused approaches. I have a particular interest in ADHD coaching, along with treatment for anxiety and depression and I work with individuals and couples from a variety of backgrounds. Together, we can chart a new path forward and find ways to make life feel more manageable and meaningful.
