Katie DuCharme, LCMHCA

ADHD Coach

Sometimes life is simply too difficult to go through alone. We need someone who will listen, truly hear us, and walk alongside us through challenging seasons. As a counselor, I consider it an honor to provide that kind of space for my clients. Whether we work together for a brief season or a longer period of time, I value the opportunity to hear each person’s story and help them move toward meaningful change.

I received my Master of Arts in Christian Counseling from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. My approach to counseling is collaborative, person-centered, and strengths-based. I draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), to help clients better understand themselves, recognize their strengths, and develop new ways of responding to life’s challenges.

I work with adults and believe that therapy is most effective when it reflects each person’s individual needs, values, and goals. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, I partner with my clients to identify what matters most to them and help them move toward growth in ways that feel authentic and meaningful.

Outside of counseling, I enjoy walking, hiking, baking, and spending time with my dog. I look forward to meeting you and having the privilege of walking alongside you in your story.
