Karli Hunt, LCMHCA

Are you or your child struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, life transitions, relational conflict, or spiritual concerns? It would be my joy to walk alongside you with gentleness and care as you navigate places of hurt and healing.

I am a warm and empathetic clinical mental health counselor. I earned my Master of Arts in Christian Counseling with a major in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary, and I received my Bachelor of Social Work with a minor in Psychology from Campbell University.

I work with children, adolescents, college students, young adults, and ministry workers, and I provide treatment for a wide range of concerns, including generalized anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, OCD, family and relational conflict, life transitions, and spiritual concerns. I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental environment where clients feel free to come as they are, be fully seen, and move toward meaningful growth and healing.

My approach to counseling is person-centered, and I draw from a variety of evidence-based interventions tailored to each client’s unique needs. Upon request, I am also happy to integrate faith and spiritual perspectives into the counseling process.

I look forward to connecting with you and supporting you or your child as you move toward growth, clarity, and healing.
