Sometimes life can be unpredictable. We all find ourselves at times feeling a little lost, or like we need someone to walk with us to help make sense of what’s going on. It can be overwhelming and difficult to ask for help in those times, but if you’re reading this, you’ve already taken the first step in making positive changes in your life! Considering asking for help from others is not easy, but is so often the very thing we need to get unstuck when life isn't going the way we wish it would. If you are struggling with anxiety, depression, managing other mental health issues, emotional challenges, or just looking for support, I am here to walk with you.

As a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counseling Associate, I utilize many clinical approaches in therapy -  including Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) - which allow me to be versatile to the unique needs of my clients. I place a strong emphasis on psychoeducation in therapy, not only to teach valuable therapeutic techniques, but also to help my clients to gain the best understanding possible of what is happening in their own mental experiences, and how best to navigate and find healing. It is my hope that my clients eventually learn to regulate their struggles on their own, to best rediscover autonomy in their own lives. I also strongly encourage my clients to explore deeper questions with me in a supportive environment - often the very questions that may help my clients discover more meaning, personal growth, and clarity in their lives. I integrate clinical approaches with faith concerns and am committed to offering strong clinical and evidenced based care.
