Grace Prall, MFT-I
Hi, I’m Grace, a counseling intern at Raleigh Psychology. I earned my B.A. in Psychology from California State University, Bakersfield, and my M.A. in Intercultural Studies from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. I am currently completing my M.A. in Marriage, Family, and Individual Therapy at the same institution.
I come to this work with a background in case management and experience supporting vulnerable populations in a variety of settings. At the core of my approach is a deep care for people and their stories. I believe it’s a privilege to walk alongside clients as they make sense of what they’ve been through and consider what healing and growth might look like moving forward.
My work is trauma-informed and integrative, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Narrative Therapy. I aim to create a warm, collaborative space where you can feel supported, understood, and empowered to build insight, practical tools, and hope.
I work with children, teens, and adults, and I enjoy supporting individuals, couples, and families. Areas I commonly work with include anxiety, depression, relational challenges, trauma, and grief. If you’re considering counseling, I would be honored to partner with you as you seek greater understanding, healing, and a sense of flourishing.
