Ryan Fuller, MA, MFT-I

I believe that everyone can grow as a person. Often growth takes place in the context of everyday life with our friends and family. However, sometimes we need an extra helping hand. My job is to help you see, celebrate, and utilize the strengths you already have to grow or find healing. If you’re ready to take a step in that direction, then I’d love to work with you.

I’m passionate about helping young adults and adolescents develop healthy life patterns during their formative years. I provide ADHD Coaching as well as comprehensive and clinically-informed counseling for anxiety, depression, anger, relational/marital conflict, chronic pain, identity development, and major life transitions.

My approach is to create a safe environment to help you explore how the combination of physical, mental, emotional, relational, and spiritual factors may be related to your specific challenges. Our sessions may include Narrative, Systemic, Emotion Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, or Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

I previously worked with an English nonprofit in Basque Country, Spain, teaching English and providing life coaching for young adults. I am fluent in Spanish and can provide counseling in Spanish. I attended UNC-Chapel Hill where I earned my Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Bachelor of Arts in Spanish (May 2018). I have a Master of Cross-Cultural Counseling degree and a Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy,

Plants/growing my food is my newest hobby, but I also enjoy reading, scuba, piano, and rock climbing. I am looking forward to learning more about you!
