Kristie Sullivan, MFT-I
We love a good plot twist. The shocking reveal, the unexpected turn, the moment everything changes. But in real life? Not so much. Whether you’re grieving, parenting through hard things, or trying to make sense of a story that turned out nothing like you expected, healing happens when you feel safe to speak and ready to begin again.
I’ve navigated unexpected transitions, raised a child with special needs, walked through grief, and rebuilt after life took an unexpected turn. The right support, at the right time, can change everything.
With a background in Recreational Therapy and more than 20 years of international experience supporting families through crisis and change, I work with individuals, children, and families to help them navigate life’s hardest seasons. I want to create space for the messy, honest, complicated truth of being human.
You don’t have to do this alone. I’ll meet you where you are. As a counseling intern completing my MA in Marriage, Family, and Individual Counseling, I offer reduced-rate sessions both in person and via telehealth.
